Party planning, decor set up, catering and bartending for an extra fee.

Chairs and tables are provided. There are appox 12 tables of various shapes and sizes. All of them are covered in either a wood look or granite covering so no linen is needed unless you want to brighten the space with white. Bring your own linens if this is the case.

Chairs: there are 60 plus bar stools and other unique chairs. With the front half rental you have access to at least 40 chairs plus barstools.

Please do not schedule in the appointments a time then ask to get in early. If the time you want to get into the space isn’t listed, it isn’t available. Allow yourself plenty of time to get set up. Usually 1.5hr set up, and 30 in clean up is sufficient for a 4 hour rental.

There are lots of photos online and on our socials. If you need an in person view, you are able to schedule that and will be provided a code to enter. You must lock up when you’re done.

We have a medium sized ice maker on site. Feel free to use it. We also have a large kitchen with prep area. Bring your own plates napkins etc.

That means it’s not available, so please don’t ask about it.
